Based on my inability to eat approximately the same amount of calories per day, I have re-checked the number of calories I should be eating to lose weight. I wasn’t as far off today as I’d thought, though I still ate too much.
My ideal caloric intake is as follows:
- 1,445 Calories/day to lose 1 pound/week
- 1,200 Calories/day to lose 1.5 pounds/week
So now I have two goals for the rest of the week…
- eat about 1300 calories per day
- eat four or more smaller meals per day
And with Thanksgiving around the corner, that should be a snap! (sarcasm)I can do it, I just have to try harder.
