I may have missed the section on weights and measures in elementary school. In fact, I’m sure I did since I’ve never really understood the ridiculous system of measurements in the United States.
That said, I have one question: How can one 16-ounce loaf of bread make 12 cups of bread cubes? It makes no sense to me that 16 ounces of bread could possibly make 96 ounces of 1-inch bread cubes. Is there anyone out there who could explain that to me? I can’t wrap my head around it. Also, any ideas on what to do with my two leftover loaves of bread??
